Return & Refund Policy
At Jaipur Gifts, we take great care in curating, personalizing, and packaging every gift. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1.1 No Returns, No Refunds
All sales on Jaipur Gifts are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on any product, including standard and customized gifts, once an order has been placed and confirmed.
This policy applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size/color expectations, or delivery delays, except as described in Section 3.2 below.
1.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we do not offer returns or refunds, we want every customer to receive their gift in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the item and its packaging as received
Our team will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement of the same item, subject to stock availability. This is the sole remedy available and does not entitle you to a return or monetary refund.
1.3 Customized Gifts
Because customized gifts are made specifically to your order (names, text, photos, dates, etc.), they cannot be resold and are therefore strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the damaged/defective terms in Section 3.2.
1.4 Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production or dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact customer support immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
1.5 Acknowledgement
By placing an order on Jaipur Gifts, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return, no-refund policy.
