Delivery timelines are counted from the date of order confirmation and begin after any applicable customization/production time. Timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or remote delivery locations.

1.3 Order Processing

• Standard gifts are processed and dispatched promptly after order confirmation.
• Customized gifts require additional production time for personalization (engraving, printing, packaging, etc.) before dispatch, which is factored into the 10–12 day estimate.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your gift's journey to your doorstep.

1.5 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
